Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival At Dubai – Go for Evening Dhow Cruise

You will be met by our representative at the Airport Arrival Terminal. Our representative will be holding a signage card with your Name written on it. You will then be escorted to waiting vehicle for transfer to hotel. A daily evening two hour cruise along the man made Dubai Marina for sightseeing of luxurious and modern landmarks which have soured Dubai in the shape of sky touching towers for residential and commercial purpose over the past decade. This cruise is also accompanied by complimentary International Buffet dinner from a five star hotel, soft drinks, mineral water & live entertainment – tanoura dance show. The dhows are fully insured, safety fitted and fully air-conditioned for your safety and enjoyment. Ladies and gents washrooms as well as an open air upper deck are also part of the dhow structure. You can not miss these dhows and you find them elegantly gliding the Marina Promenade and into the open sea where the splendid Palm Island floats in front of you.

Day 2 Morning Half Day City Tour – Burj Khalifa

Embark on a 4-hour Dubai Half-Day City Tour that seamlessly blends the city’s historic charm with its modern marvels. Transfer to Dubai Mall, one of the largest malls in the world and home to over1200 stores. Later proceed to the Top of Burj Khalifa, World’s Tallest Tower. Burj Khalifa visit begins in the reception area on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall. Here and throughout your journey, you will be entertained and informed by a multi-media presentation that chronicles Dubai’s exotic history and the fascinating story of Burj  Khalifa. Begin your vertical ascent to the observation deck in a high-speed elevator, travelling at 10 metres per second. As the doors open on the 124th Floor, floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide a breath-taking un obstructed 360-degree view of the city, desert & ocean. Spend half an hour at the top and then come down, and at 7 pm watch the Dubai Fountains come alive.There is a 10 minute show every 20 minutes and its lovely to watch the largest fountain in the world.

Day 3 Full Day Abu Dhabi City Tour
We start our Abu Dhbai City tour in the morning and our journey will start from Dubai  will take you past the Jebel Ali Port, the largest man-made port in the entire world on the road to Abu Dhabi. Towering skyscrapers and glittering glass facades abound everywhere in the city, but a generous sprinkling of parks and gardens help maintain Abu Dhabi’s reputation as being one of the greenest cities in the region. On arrival at Abu Dhabi head to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, to admire the white marble courtyards and prayer rooms of this vast, modern masterpiece. Please ensure proper dress code while visiting. Later afternoon return back to Dubai.
Day 4 Visit to Museum of Future

Day 5 Desert Safari

The Evening Desert Safari is a must-do for any adventure seekers visiting Dubai. Convenient round trip transportation will pick you up from your hotel and take you out to explore the Arabian desert. Test your balancing skills in an exhilarating sand boarding experience or try out the other many fun activities available for you to do including camel riding, dune bashing and henna painting. Take time to look around and take pictures, this tour is a great opportunity to capture breathtaking views of the desert during sunset. End the night with belly dancing show under the stars while indulging in a delicious  BBQ dinner with unlimited soft drinks and shisha smoking (at extra cost).

Day 6 Departure from Kuala Lumpur

You will be picked up from Hotel’s lobby at the time confirmed. Please be available at the lobby 15 minutes before the time given and you will be transferred to the airport for your flight.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Hotel cancellation will be as per the hotel cancellation policy. If the hotels are non-refundable, you will not get any refund for hotels in the event of cancellation.
  2. Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date, unless otherwise specified during the quotation stage in the “Points to Note” section. Some services handle different cancellation policies and they must be respected accordingly.
  3. Entrance tickets of any kind are non-refundable from the moment of booking, unless specified otherwise
  4. There will be also a service charge of 5% on total value in case of cancellation of Land and 5% on total value for any amendments.
  5. Hotel room allocation will be subject to availability and will be on a first come first serve basis.
  6. Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date.

Important Note

General

  1. Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
  2. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
  3. We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
  4. Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  5. We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
  6. Please be aware that shared safari experiences involve seating arrangements with other guests, and specific seats (e.g., front or middle) are subject to availability. The last row may also feel slightly cozier compared to other seats. If there are any conditions where auto-assigned seats are not preferred, please consider upgrading to a Private vehicle for an additional charge.
  7. Carrying alcohol in vehicle or while on tour is not allowed. There is heavy fine of AED 50,000 if caught.
  8. It is recommended to buy a SIM card with data before coming out of airport in Dubai. This will help you to get in touch with drivers easily as WhatsApp calls do not work in Dubai.
  9. Any changes communicated directly to the driver will not be honored. All requests for changes must be made through our support channel during the trip.
  10. Please note that drivers will not contact guests directly through mobile phone or room numbers due to potential language barriers. All coordination will be handled through our support app. Guests are kindly asked to be punctual at the hotel lobby for pick-up to prevent any delays or the need for alternative transportation, which would be at their own expense.
  11. We would like to inform you that our airport representatives, drivers, and service Point staff may request your permission to take photographs during your journey. This practice helps us ensure that our services remain consistent and of the highest quality.
Hotel
  1. At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
  2. Tourism Dirham Fee is 10 AED (3*), 15 AED (4*) and 20 AED (5*) per room per night which needs to be paid at time of check-in or check-out (as per hotel policy).
  3. Check-in time in Dubai is 3 pm. You may need to wait if you reach early as early check-in is not guaranteed.
  4. Room sizes in following hotels are small e.g. City Max (215 sq ft), Howard Johnson (260 sq ft), City Season Towers (240 sq ft). Opt for apartments or 4 star hotels to get larger rooms.
  5. All Dubai Hotels charge Tourism Fee in AED, which needs to be paid at the time of check-in or check-out from the hotel.
Tours and Transfers
  1. The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.
  2. Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
  3. If the stay is outside city area, there will be extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
  4. Private Transfers doesn’t imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at the attraction at specified timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
  5. Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co-passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
  6. The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change (prepone or postpone) based on your hotel location and the route of the pickup vehicle. Any change will be intimated by message on our support channel.
  7. Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driver will leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
  8. For pickup and drop to residential area, pickup can only be done in private vehicle and there will be extra surcharge applicable payable directly at the time of pickup.
  9. If you are traveling with elderly people or infants or pregnant women, then Desert Safari is not advisable for you. You can opt for desert safari without dune bashing in that case.
  10. All tours and transfers are on SIC (Seat in Coach basis) unless converted to Private. Tours may include multiple pickup points (4-5 hotels) for other passengers.
  11. If you staying in a hotel located in Deira, for most of the shared tours/transfers, you may be one of the first to be picked and last to be dropped. Thus it is recommended to upgrade to private transfers.
  12. In case you are opting for Dhow Cruise or Desert Safari with Dinner, the food quality on the Cruise or Desert Safari may not be good and you may not like it.
  13. While visiting Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque all travelers need to follow dress code. Long, loose fitting, ankle length trousers or skirts for women and men. Women must wear a headscarf.
  14. Once the trip has started, the schedules for drivers and sightseeing activities are already set and cannot be changed. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments if possible. However, please understand that if we are unable to make any changes, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.

Visa & Immigration details

  1. Please note you will receive your Dubai Visa only 3 days before travel.
  2. Please ensure your passport has atleast 6 months validity at the time of travel.
  3. Citizens of the following Countries will get their visa upon arrival to the UAE airports, if the duration of stay is less than one (1) month and they hold visas in their passports or entry stamps from other countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, Russia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom (except the British overseas citizens), United States, Vatican
  4. For all other nationalities, a visa must be applied for before the visitor enters the country either through their respective embassy, a local UAE sponsor or a local hotel.
  5. Visas are required for all visitors with the exception of nationals from the following countries: GCC Nationals (Gulf Cooperation Council member countries): Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
  6. For the visa to be processed by the hotel, the visitor must remain a guest in that hotel for the entire duration of their stay. Port of entry and exit of the visitor must be Dubai only. Three working days are needed to process the visa excluding, Friday, Saturday and Public Holidays.
  7. Visa Charges and Security Deposit : An authorization letter with the signature of the cardholder, as well as a copy of the credit card used (front and back side). Passport copies of card holder and visitors. Please note all document copies, passport copies and credit card copies must be scanned clearly and with colour when sent, otherwise they will be rejected by Dubai Immigration.
  8. Tourist Visa : The Tourist Visa permits the holder to stay for duration of 30 days and is non-renewable. The visa requires sponsorship of hotels and tour operators who bring in visitors from the said countries
  9. Visit Visa : The Visit Visa is applicable to tourists, who intend to spend more than 14 days in the UAE, and those coming for family visits as well as those on long-term business visit. It requires the sponsorship of UAE resident or any company or hotel licensed to operate within the country. The short-term visit visas are valid for 30 days, while long term visas stand valid for 90 days. However, no extensions are permissible beyond this period.
  10. Multiple Entry Visa : Multiple-Entry Visas are issue to business visitors who have a relationship with either a multi-national or other reputed local company, and are frequent visitors to the UAE. This sort of visa is valid for period of six months from the date of issue with a 30-day duration period. The validity is non-renewable. Those seeking Multiple Entry Visas will have to enter UAE on a visit visa and obtain the Multiple Entry Visa while in the country. The visa is stamped on the passport.
  11. Transit Visa : The transit passengers stopping in at Dubai International Airport for a minimum of 8 hours are eligible for the 96-hour Transit Visa, provided they are sponsored only by the Airlines, and their applications confirm onward booking to a 3rd destination. For transit passengers or those holding special permits, or for a visit or mission, the passport or the document should be valid for a minimum of three months.
  12. We require at least 7-10 working days to process visa. Please ensure your travel date is atleast 7 days later.
  13. Please Note: We are not responsible for Visa not coming on time, if there is delay in submission of documents, delay from the Embassy owing to any reason. Any costs arising out of the same have to be borne by the customer.
  14. We require your passport scan copy and a scanned photograph (in light background) of each traveler to process Visa.
