  6. Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable force majeure circumstances during the tour.
  7. Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
  8. Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
  9. Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
  10. In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.

  1. Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 20,000 per person if booking is done 21 days before travel.
  2. Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
  3. In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
  4. Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
  5. The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
  6. Within 15 days – 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
  7. Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.

  1. Other Meals like Indian food or other special foods, should be charged with extra cost. Please inform us and we will quote.
  2. If you want to change LUNCH to DINNER please pay for extra cost.
  3. Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability.
  4. If you book for JOIN TOUR, please be ON TIME at the lobby of the hotel to meet up our tour guide, the guide will wait for 5 minutes. After that time please take taxi to the sightseeing point and pay by yourself. Please understand because there are many other members in the group.

Refund Policy

  1. Canceling 45 days or more before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of 15% of the total value.
  2. Canceling between 44 and 21 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of 30% of the total value.
  3. Canceling between 20 and 11 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of 50% of the total order value.
  4. Canceling between 10 and 8 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of 75% of the total order value.
  5. Canceling less than 7 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of 100% of the total order value.
